We are out of network with all insurance carriers by design so we can place patient care first. For surgeries performed at a hospital or accredited surgical center, federal law requires insurance companies to apply the same deductible and cost-sharing structure that would apply in-network when you have out-of-network benefits.

In many cases, our direct-pay fees are significantly less expensive than going through insurance, allowing patients to receive high-quality personalized care without large hospital charges, safely performed in our office

If surgery is necessary and performed at an in-network surgical center in Kansas, it is paid at in-network levels as required by federal law (No Surprises Act). Deductibles and copays apply, as they would with any network physician.
