Insurance:
We are out of network with all insurance carriers. After 44 years in practice, I made the decision to move to a prompt pay-based model because insurance companies too often limit or delay the care, I believe our patients need. By being out of network by design, I can focus entirely on providing timely, high-quality treatment without compromise. For surgeries performed at a hospital or accredited surgical center, federal law requires that—when out-of-network benefits are available—your insurance applies the same deductible and cost-sharing structure as if the care were in network.
For office visits and in-office procedures, we provide transparent cash pricing listed below. In many cases, our direct-pay fees are significantly less expensive than going through insurance, allowing patients to receive high-quality personalized care without large hospital charges, safely performed in our office
Out-of-Network Status
Our office is out of network, but we accept patients with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna,Blue Cross and Aetna. For office services please refer to cash fee PDF below. You can check if out of network benefits are available for office treatments. Medicare doesn’t have out of network benefits
Surgical Care
If surgery is indicated and performed at an in- network surgical center in Kansas, it pays at in-network levels as required by federal law (No Surprises Act). Normal deductibles and co=insurance apply, as they would with any network physician.
Initial visit fees typically range from $150–$200
