Out-of-Network Status
Our office is out of network, but we accept patients with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. For office services please refer to cash fee PDF below. You can check if out of network benefits are available for office treatments.
Surgical Care
If surgery is indicated and performed at an in- network surgical center in Kansas, it pays at in-network levels as required by federal law (No Surprises Act). Normal deductibles and co=insurance apply, as they would with any network physician.
We do not participate with Medicaid (KanCare, Missouri HealthNet), UnitedHealthcare or Aetna Medicare Advantage, Tricare or Humana. Initial visit fees typically range from $150–$200
